Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker for a fully commission-based role.
You will conduct client consultations, present suitable property options, manage your portfolio, and close deals.
The role involves working with company-provided leads and maintaining strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
Candidates who speak Russian, German, or Italian are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A sales mindset and motivation to achieve targets
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage
- Ability to manage clients professionally
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
