Role Description
The Dubai Property Consultant role is a full-time, FULLY COMMISSION BASED (no fix salary) on-site position based in Dubai.
The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of residential properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full purchase or rental process from initial contact to closing.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and advising clients on investment opportunities and pricing strategies.
The role involves negotiating offers, coordinating with developers and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and trends.
The Property Consultant will also provide ongoing client service, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to sales targets through professional, ethical, and results-driven practices.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored real estate investment recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proven customer service capabilities, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated sales skills and experience in meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work in a fully commission based role with commitment for high earning potential.
