Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Investment Consultant, based in Dubai.
The role involves assisting clients in identifying property investment opportunities, developing investment strategies, and offering professional advice tailored to their financial objectives.
Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing financial plans, presenting investment options, and providing exceptional customer service to guide clients throughout the investment process.
Collaboration with the sales team and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build long-term relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment and meet performance targets
