Dubai Marina Specialist -Secondary Sales

  • Keep up to 65% of what you close.
  • You already know Marina.
  • The towers, the landlords, the buyer pool, which buildings move and which sit.
  • The only question is whether your current split rewards that knowledge -or taxes it.
  • We just launched a new commission structure for secondary market portal deals:
  • AED 300K+ annual net commission: **55%**
  • AED 600K+: **60%**
  • AED 900K+: **65%**
  • And when you cross a threshold, your eligible portal deals for the year are recalculated at the higher rate.
  • You earn the top slab on everything -no blended rates, no fine print games.
  • What that means in real numbers:
  • A Marina specialist generating AED 900K net commission takes home **AED 585,000** with us vs AED 450,000 on a standard 50/50 split.
  • Same deals.
  • AED 135,000 difference.
