About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing and mentoring a team of property consultants, expanding market presence, and ensuring exceptional client service standards.

This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Sales Director, with responsibility for overseeing daily sales operations, improving team productivity, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the Secondary Market division.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of Dubai’s secondary real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of secondary market property consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality listings acquisition and effective portfolio management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within Dubai’s secondary market.
  • Support brokers in negotiations and closing high-value transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within the secondary market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong network within the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
