About the Role
Zahra Industries LLC is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accountant / Semi-Qualified CA to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, receivables, reconciliations, inventory control, and financial reporting.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is disciplined, commercially aware, and willing to take ownership rather than just pass entries.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
2.
Maintain sales, purchase, journal, payment, receipt, and contra entries.
3.
Perform customer receivable follow-up, aging analysis, and collection tracking.
4.
Monitor PDCs, overdue balances, and customer credit limits.
5.
Prepare supplier reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
6.
Scrutinize ledgers and identify discrepancies.
7.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for stock and inventory reconciliation.
8.
Verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, expenses, debit notes, and credit notes.
9.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and management reports.
10.
Assist in VAT, corporate tax, audit, and compliance documentation.
11.
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and internal financial controls.
12.
Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams for smooth financial operations.
Requirements
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountancy (CA Inter / ACCA / CMA) OR Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
5–8 years of practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance.
Experience
in trading, manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
Bookkeeping
Receivables & payables
Bank reconciliation
Inventory reconciliation
Ledger scrutiny
Financial reporting
Practical experience with TallyPrime, Excel, and ERP systems.
Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
UAE experience preferred.

Salary
AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month (depending on experience)
