Position overview

The Local Customer Fulfillment Digital Transformation Graduate acts as a digital transformation partner to local Customer Fulfillment and GEO Supply Chain Operations teams.

The role supports fulfillment excellence, AI-enabled process improvement, operational visibility, exception management, and digital solution adoption.

The role works with local fulfillment leaders, planning, order management, logistics, sales operations, service teams, and global digital transformation teams.

Scope and travel

  • The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • The primary support scope covers local Customer Fulfillment digital transformation and end-to-end GEO supply chain execution.
  • International travel of up to 30% may be required as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with local customer fulfillment operations and GEO supply chain execution teams; support fulfillment performance, backlog, delivery visibility, exception resolution, system adoption, and problem-solving.
  • Improve processes across demand, order, allocation, supply commit, logistics, delivery, and customer fulfillment; identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and alignment.
  • Support deployment and enhancement of SAP and other fulfillment and supply chain solutions; participate in requirements gathering, process design, testing, training, user support, change management, and hypercare.
  • Analyze fulfillment, order, inventory, logistics, and service data; develop insights, dashboards, recommendations, and AI-enabled use cases.
  • Support AI and automation use cases, customer experience improvement, and pilots involving AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital workflows.

Education

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science or Information Systems, or an AI-related discipline is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

  • Interest in customer fulfillment, order management, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations; passion for digital transformation, AI adoption, and technology-enabled improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, changing environment; teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent English communication skills; local language capability is a plus.
