Job Summary
- Prepare annual training plans for the Centre on mandatory training and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Work with all Operational functions to ensure assigned trainings are completed with quality and in a timely manner
- Assist in the execution on Safety QIPs and follow up with operational team
- Update and maintain the ever changing training material and supporting systems
- Ensure all Service Providers are well versed in their duties
- Conduct induction training with all new Service Providers covering delivery methods, delivery device, Space and Visibility / Safe work Methods etc
- Ensure timely completion of the 26day training pack for new drivers in coordination with supervisors
- Provide and develop refresher training for all existing SPs as required to ensure their understanding of work methods
- Train all drivers on any new products and enhancement to service
- Ensure SP depth of knowledge is at an acceptable level and devise methods of training to enforce a thorough understanding of 5 seeing Habits and 10 Commentary points
- Complete On Road Observations with driver and Prepare a weekly report of all on-road observations(including team) and share feedback
- Update safety board with accident Statistics and relevant safety information
- Maintain accurate and efficient filing (soft copy / hard copy) for all training provided
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate training record for the operation department
- Involved in Centre audits
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by management team
Qualifications and requirements include
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and planning skills
- Proficiency in Ms Office applications – Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
- A minimum of 2 years’ Service Provider experience is essential
- Good product knowledge and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and confident
- Flexible with hours
- Professional attitude and appearance in order to set the standards required
