Duties and responsibilities
- Provide coordinated care and support for patients and families, treating people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Report to the superior during shift duty and follow the scheduled itinerary.
- Drive hospital vehicles safely, including transporting hospital employees to their accommodation.
- Maintain a logbook of all trips and check oil, water, fuel, tire pressure, lights, and other vehicle items before departure.
- Take responsibility for the assigned hospital vehicle as directed by the superior.
- Make trips to Al-Khobar, Dammam, and Riyadh and become familiar with these districts.
- Use, maintain, and protect the vehicle properly; perform other assigned duties within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Saudi Arabia driver license and obtain a valid Saudi Arabia bus driver license.
- Communicate in both English and Arabic; have knowledge of holding and driving an ambulance vehicle.
- Provide a certificate of employment from a previous company and have at least five years of previous driving experience.
- Have basic knowledge of mechanical issues and familiarity with traffic laws and regulations.
- Be skilled in driving light and heavy vehicles, checking vehicles for maintenance, and recording miles traveled.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively and compassionately with staff and management.
