Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration between the local team, the UAE Driver Operations Manager, and other departments.
  • Build a data-driven and qualitative understanding of the UAE supply market, local regulations, driver demographics, and regional challenges or opportunities.
  • Adopt proven local frameworks and standards to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute, and review initiatives using localized data.
  • Document and share data-supported market learnings.
  • Support driver acquisition, onboarding, training, community building, retention, and branded vehicle growth.
  • Ensure KPI delivery, execution of initiatives, and accurate daily reporting.

What you'll need

  • 1–3 years of call centre operations experience; delivery platform experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing diverse fleets, including two-wheelers and four-wheel vehicles such as cars, vans, SUVs, and trucks.
  • Data-driven approach, exposure to analytics, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
