About the role

Associate, Driver Operations role focused on end-to-end driver operations in the UAE.

The role aims to strengthen the driver network and adapt operational standards and practices to local market needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between local teams, the UAE Driver Operations Manager, and other departments.
  • Analyze the UAE supply market, including local regulations, driver demographics, and regional challenges and opportunities.
  • Implement local frameworks and standards to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Work with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute, and review data-informed initiatives.
  • Document market learnings and share insights to grow the local supply market.
  • Support driver acquisition, onboarding, training, community building, retention, and branded-vehicle growth.
  • Deliver KPIs, execute initiatives, and maintain accurate daily reporting.
  • Conduct field engagements as needed.

What you'll need

  • 1–3 years of call-centre operations experience; delivery-platform experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing 2W motorbike/3PL and 4W vehicle fleets, including cars, vans, SUVs, and 1T/3T fence trucks.
  • Data-driven approach, analytics exposure, and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication and English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Workplace

  • Office-based role and primary point of contact for Driver Partners.
