Oversee daily transportation operations while actively performing driving duties.
Transport staff, clients, goods, and materials as needed, including covering absences and peak operational demands.
Driving and team supervision
- Transport passengers and materials safely and punctually.
- Coordinate driver schedules, assign routes, and monitor performance, attendance, and safety compliance.
- Conduct driver briefings and ensure safe cargo loading and unloading.
- Enforce traffic laws and company safety rules.
Fleet and reporting
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and verify daily fuel, tire, and oil checks.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with the Fleet Coordinator.
- Maintain mileage and fuel logs, track vehicle usage, and report accidents, delays, and incidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Qatar heavy and light driving licenses are required.
- Requires 3–5 years of driving experience, including 1–2 years in a lead driver or supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training is a plus.
- Requires knowledge of traffic laws, road safety, basic vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
- Good spoken and written English required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Leadership, defensive driving, organization, and attention to detail are required.
Employment and pay
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay starts at QAR 2,000 per month.

- Work is in person in Qatar.
