Recruiting on behalf of a client in Qatar for experienced Customer Care Agents.
Assist passengers with special needs at aircraft, baggage screening, check-in, and transfer areas using available transport, in accordance with SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to passengers, visitors, and airport users.
- Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and address general airport-related concerns.
- Direct passengers to check-in, boarding gates, immigration, baggage claim, lounges, and other facilities.
- Support elderly passengers, passengers with reduced mobility, families with children, and others needing assistance.
- Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Manage queues and passenger flow during peak hours.
- Provide information about airport facilities, flight displays, terminal locations, and passenger services.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult passengers professionally and work under pressure in a busy airport.
- Basic knowledge of airport operations and passenger services.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good grooming and professional presentation; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
Pay
- Pay is up to QAR 1,700 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
