Dozer/Grader Operator

In this role you will:
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Operate a D10 and D11 Dozer/16M and 24M Grader in a safe and efficient manner on a 4x4 12-hour shift rotation
Capability to operate in all weather conditions including rain, fog, and winter conditions
Meet daily production targets
Perform repetitive tasks that could involve heavy lifting
Inspect equipment to ensure equipment is fully functional and safe for operating
Communicate with other operators, and supervisors using communication devices such as two-way radios
Skills and ability to operate equipment in challenging terrain
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, General Education Development, or five years related work experience
- Valid class 5 driver’s license, or equivalent, without learner’s restrictions
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating production equipment within a mining environment
- Experience operating a D10 Dozer or higher
- Experience operating a 16M Grader or higher
