Job Description FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a charismatic and service-oriented Doorman (Saudi National) to join our Front Office team.

As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences.

This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with transportation and luggage coordination, and ensuring a seamless flow of activity at the resort entrance while delivering the warmth, elegance, and attentiveness that define the FAENA experience.

Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.

Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.

Coordinate with the Bell Desk team to ensure efficient luggage handling and delivery.

Provide special attention to VIP arrivals, departures, and special guests.

Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general resort information.

Monitor and manage guest and vehicle flow at the resort entrance.

Coordinate closely with Bell Attendants, Concierge, Valet, Security, and Front Office teams.

Assist guests with boarding taxis, buggies, and other transportation services.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and driveway areas.

Monitor arrivals and communicate VIP movements to relevant departments.

Support group arrivals, events, and peak operational periods.

Ensure guest safety while entering and exiting vehicles.

Report safety concerns, security incidents, or unusual activity promptly.

Assist with umbrella service and guest comfort during adverse weather conditions.

Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professional appearance, grooming, and guest interactions.
