Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Public Area team.
- Ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest and back-of-house public areas.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Train, coach, and support Public Area Attendants in cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Ensure all cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning programs are completed effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
- Support VIP arrivals, special events, and seasonal activations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
- Assist with team scheduling, attendance monitoring, and workforce planning.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and operational departments to maintain exceptional public spaces.
