Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established DOH protocols and standards.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient support.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Licensure:** Must possess a valid **DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi)** License or a transferable HAAD license.
- **Experience:** Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.
- **Gender:** Female (as per specific operational requirements).
- **Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **Language:** Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
