• This is a national remote position available to employees working from anywhere within the United States.

Role overview

Schedule and training

• Full-time role with flexibility to work any shift during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
• Occasional overtime may be needed based on business needs.
• On-the-job training is provided based on the hire’s skill level and schedule, including shadowing team subject matter experts.

Primary responsibilities

• Create and maintain procedures, job aids, reference guides, decision documents, and process workflows.
• Document current processes, identify gaps, and design controlled future-state processes with subject matter experts.
• Set documentation standards, version control practices, review cycles, and approval requirements.
• Facilitate sessions to define roles, handoffs, controls, exception paths, and success measures.
• Translate requirements into process documentation, acceptance criteria, and test materials.
• Coordinate and execute UAT for member eligibility data loaded into Facets.
• Develop UAT plans, test cases, scripts, traceability, and test data requirements.
• Coordinate with implementation, operations, and project partners on requirements and testing scope.
• Coordinate test data requests and member data loads for end-to-end testing.
• Analyze test results and variances, communicate impact and next steps, and track defects through closure.
• Maintain test evidence and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.
• Improve documentation and UAT practices and manage multiple priorities and stakeholder commitments.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of eligibility operations experience.
• At least 1 year supporting member eligibility data with the Facets eligibility processing platform.
• At least 1 year developing operational documentation, procedures, workflows, or job aids.
• At least 1 year of enterprise project or UAT experience, including test data handling and execution and validation of results.
• Experience translating business requirements into documented processes, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, or test cases.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
