Position

Document control duties

• Manage engineering and operational records, including PFDs, P&IDs, drawings, OEM manuals, specifications, and procedures.
• Track revisions and manage filing and retrieval through the document management system.
• Coordinate document reviews, updates, approvals, and quarterly status reports; support MOC documentation and updates.
• Administer EDMS and master records; upload and control policies, procedures, technical documents, and records in IMS.
• Maintain document quality, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
• Support shutdown documentation, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and engineering records.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communications, meetings, and personnel administration.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Project Management, Engineering Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of technical or engineering document-control experience in an industrial environment, including at least five years managing engineering document systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of EDMS, SAP, Oracle, or a similar document management platform.
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination; able to manage high document volumes to strict deadlines.
• Heavy industry, steel manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or plant experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with flowchart applications, MOC, and Asset Integrity Management documentation is preferred.
