A construction company is hiring an experienced Document Controller for an ongoing government project.
The role is initially based in Al Ain for six months, with transfer to the Abu Dhabi head office after project completion.
Requirements
- At least four years of UAE experience as a Document Controller.
- Construction company experience is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience preparing and maintaining document registers, logs, and trackers.
- Good knowledge of submittals, transmittals, RFIs, drawings, correspondence, and document control procedures.
- Able to coordinate documentation with consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Government project experience is an added advantage.
- Well organized, accurate, and able to handle project documentation independently.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Work location
- Work is in person.
- The initial project location is Al Ain, UAE, followed by transfer to the Abu Dhabi head office.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project document registers, logs, and trackers.
- Handle submittals, transmittals, RFIs, drawings, correspondence, and project document-control procedures.
- Coordinate project documentation with consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Independently manage project documentation for an ongoing government project.
