**Salary:** QAR 12,000 per month
Job Description
Bornav Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, maintain, and organize company documents and records at our West Bay office in Doha.
The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation is properly stored, updated, and accessible while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the storage, organization, and retrieval of company documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (digital and physical)
- Ensure proper version control and document approval processes
- Distribute documents to relevant departments and stakeholders
- Monitor document flow and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Assist in audits by preparing and providing required documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in document control or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
