About This Role
Overview
- **Document Management:** Maintain, scan, and store HR-related records (e.g., contracts, employee files) in both digital and physical formats.
- **Compliance & Security:** Ensure all documentation adheres to confidentiality protocols and, if applicable, ISO standards.
- **Version Control:** Track revisions to company policies and procedures to ensure only the latest versions are in use.
- **Information Distribution:** Safely distribute confidential documents to internal departments and key stakeholders.
- **System Maintenance:** Update and manage the internal database or HR Information System.
- **Reporting & Audits:** Prepare reports and support internal/external audits by providing organized documentation.
