Role Overview
This is an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art airport project in Doha.
Mace have been delivering PMC services on the airport for several years, increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services.
Oversee project-wide document control and information governance across a complex operational environment, administering Aconex to drive effective workflows, version control and secure information management.
Support ISO 9001 requirements by aligning document control, records management and governance processes with project quality objectives.

The Project

Support ISO 9001 requirements by aligning document control, records management and governance processes with project quality objectives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project.
- Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
- Manage teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace.
- Manage document control and information governance standards across the project.
- Oversee Aconex, including workflows, permissions, records and user support.
- Support ISO 9001 compliance through audits, controlled records and quality reporting.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships, driving accountability, data integrity and continuous improvement.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline, with document control, information management or quality certifications desirable.
- Extensive major-project experience, including Aconex administration and ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Strong technical capability across EDMS, reporting, data analysis and information governance.
- Collaborative leader, focused on quality, stakeholder confidence and continuous improvement.
