Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics programme reviews, validating sequencing, constructability, constraints, and delivery readiness.
• Monitor progress, performance, and forecasts; provide analysis and reporting for decisions.
• Support contractual planning, delay analysis, change assessment, and programme compliance.
• Integrate schedule, cost, risk, and logistics data with stakeholders for safe, efficient delivery.
• Plan weather-sensitive logistics and contingencies; manage interfaces between work packages.
• Drive collaboration between logistics and construction teams and manage contractors and third-party logistics providers.
• Control integrated logistics programmes aligned with project objectives and site requirements.
• Apply planning, assurance, and reporting processes to support forecasting and decisions.
• Coordinate contractor resources and operational interfaces for safe, efficient project delivery.
• Influence stakeholders, support project requirements, and contribute to net zero carbon ambitions.

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant degree and professional membership in APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent.
• Extensive planning and project controls experience on major programmes, including leadership responsibilities.
• Advanced Primavera P6, programme assurance, and contractor schedule review expertise.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery and FIDIC contracts.
• Meet Saudi Arabia visa criteria and client requirements, including relevant high-value project or programme experience for a project management consultancy.
