Lead the Waterproofing Division across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
The role is responsible for divisional profitability, project delivery, team performance and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage divisional operations, budgets, P&L and annual targets.
- Oversee planning, estimating, tendering and project execution to support quality, safety and on-time delivery.
- Lead and develop project managers, site engineers, supervisors and applicator teams.
- Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers; identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Ensure HSE, technical-specification and manufacturer-warranty compliance.
- Review technical submittals, method statements and inspection reports.
- Control costs and material procurement, monitor subcontractors, and report performance, risks and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of waterproofing or construction experience, including 3+ years in senior management.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, including liquid membranes, sheet membranes, cementitious, PU, bituminous and injection grouting.
