About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dive and snorkel briefings, training sessions, and guided tours.
• Monitor guest safety and environmental responsibility during all excursions.
• Inspect and maintain diving equipment to ensure readiness and operational safety.
• Provide first aid and emergency response as required.
• Educate guests about marine life, underwater safety, and eco-practices.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and PADI or equivalent diving standards.
• Support certification programs for both beginner and advanced divers.
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports accurately.
• Collaborate with lifeguards and the aquatic operations team.
• Provide feedback to enhance guest programs and marine activities.
• Experience and Qualifications
• Candidates for this role should possess 6-10 years of experience in a relevant capacity. A strong background in dive and snorkel instruction, coupled with a deep understanding of international diving standards, is essential. Certification from PADI or an equivalent recognized diving organization is required.

Work Environment

• This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working closely with guests and a dedicated aquatic operations team to deliver high-quality marine experiences.
