Dispatcher
Description UAE – REQUIRED FOR REPUTED COMPANY (EMARAT PETROLEUM PROJECT) DESPATCHER – SAJAA - 10 NOS Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Process / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (3 years).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in process operations within Oil & Gas industry (compressor stations preferred).
- Knowledge of gas operations, rotating equipment (turbines, compressors, generators, coolers, separators).
- Ability to perform mechanical/electrical isolation, gas testing, and permit-to-work procedures.
- IT literate with strong communication skills.
- Experience in Oil & Gas distribution industry desirable.
Job Description
- Operate and monitor compressor station equipment, including start-up, shutdown, and routine operations.
- Conduct patrols, inspections, and report abnormalities to Senior Despatcher.
- Carry out isolation of equipment and issue permits for maintenance work.
- Perform gas tests for hot work/vessel entry and monitor safe execution of maintenance.
- Take corrective action during emergencies and notify supervisors immediately.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, maintain safe work processes, and support emergency response activities.
- Candidates should have experience in FUEL / LPG / NATURAL GAS Operation & Maintenance.
