Job Description

The Receiver & Dispatcher will handle the full cycle of stock movement — from receiving items to verifying counts and dispatching them to the correct branches. Accuracy, organization, and responsibility are key to succeeding in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming items and verify item names, quantities, and conditions
• Cross‑check stock against purchase orders or internal transfer requests
• Prepare items for dispatch to shops or other warehouse sections
• Ensure accurate documentation for all received and dispatched stock
• Report any shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving/dispatch area
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and shop teams for smooth operations
• Update basic records related to stock movement (manual or ERP)

Desired Skills

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately verify item names and quantities
• Basic ERP/Inventory Knowledge: Experience with stock entry or item checking
• Communication: Clear coordination with warehouse and shop teams
• Physical Ability: Comfortable handling boxes and stock items
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple dispatches and receiving tasks
• Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or stock handling experience is an advantage

Salary & Growth

• Starting Salary: AED 2,500 – 2,800 per month
• Performance Review: Salary increment after 6 months based on accuracy and reliability
• Career Path: Opportunity to grow into Senior Receiver, Inventory Controller, or Warehouse Supervisor
