Director, XR Implementation (EMEA)

Role overview

Implementation leadership

• Own the end-to-end implementation strategy for EMEA XR deployments and lead complex projects from initiation through go-live.
• Develop plans, timelines, risk assessments and resource requirements; maintain consistent standards, governance and quality assurance.
• Act as executive sponsor at critical implementation milestones.

Expansion and client delivery

• Lead operational readiness for new countries and territories with Legal, Finance, Product and Engineering.
• Identify country-specific operational, regulatory and ticketing requirements and create scalable implementation playbooks.
• Act as primary operational lead for client projects, managing expectations, risks, communications and client adoption.

Partnership and process improvement

• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Development, Integrations, Client Account Management, Product Training, Ticketing Operations and Global Support.
• Improve methods, governance and documentation; develop implementation KPIs and reporting and identify automation opportunities.
• Forecast resources, prioritise the implementation pipeline, escalate risks and support recruitment and development as the function grows.

Client and commercial partnership

• Partner with Sales and Client Account Management on meetings, demonstrations, RFPs and solution presentations.
• Shape implementation scope, timelines, resource assumptions and delivery approach for opportunities.
• Advise on implementation complexity, dependencies, risks and mitigation during solution design and contract negotiations.
• Translate client requirements into coordinated plans and lead governance and communications through launch.

Essential experience

• Significant experience delivering enterprise software implementations.

• Permanent, full-time.
