Director, Sales
About This Role
We are supporting a senior Financial Services mandate with a focus on leading a team responsible for dealing in MENA Equities and Fixed Income products.
This is a relationship-led role within a bank-backed platform, designed for a senior sales professional with exposure across international banks dealing with HNWIs and Institutions with a focus on Public Equity and Fixed Income; regional product knowledge is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a targeted sales strategy aligned with current market trends, and organization’s policies and procedures
- Drive sales growth to improve market share and customer retention
- Ensure cost control and high operational efficiency across several related departments
- Cross collaboration across several teams to support strong brand representation across various events and roadshows in order to expand client base and regional engagement
- Lead the sales team, overseeing performance while adhering to organization’s policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive exposure dealing with regional and international C-level suite and senior management teams across the industry.
- Track record of developing successful sales strategies
- Exposure to Cash Equities; Fixed Income exposure is an advantage
- MENA market experience is a plus
