Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery activities within the SDU, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with overall company goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project delivery
• Manage contractual relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants effectively
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to senior management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams
• Mentor and develop project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of project delivery experience in large-scale, complex development projects
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary project teams and successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with contract management and vendor negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable
