In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives while fostering collaboration among various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and progress of strategic initiatives across the organization
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance strategy execution
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain focus on strategic goals and timelines
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the executive management on strategic progress
- Support the creation of governance frameworks and operating models to facilitate strategy delivery
- Facilitate strategic planning meetings to ensure alignment and integration of departmental objectives
- Identify market trends and challenges that could influence strategic direction
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to align strategies
- Contribute to refining and enhancing strategic oversight processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy oversight, project management, or a similar area
