Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project control strategies specific to transport infrastructure projects
• Manage cost control, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance monitoring to ensure timely project delivery
• Direct and mentor the project controls team to uphold best practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives and controls processes
• Generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project impact
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive utilization of project management software tools such as Primavera P6 and others

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in project controls within transport infrastructure or related sectors
• Proven leadership experience leading project control teams on large-scale transport or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, cost control, scheduling, and risk management
• Expertise with project controls software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

• Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and cost control systems
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred
• Experience working in the Middle East is a plus
