Job Overview
IPIA Security LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic **Director of Security Systems** to lead and manage security technology operations.
This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in security systems, surveillance technologies, and risk management.
The Director of Security Systems will be responsible for overseeing system design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of security systems.
- Oversee surveillance, access control, and monitoring technologies.
- Ensure system reliability, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Manage security operations, vendors, and technical teams.
- Develop security strategies and technology frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security operations.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Security Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in security systems management or related leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
