Overview
We’re Hiring: Sales Director \| KAAYA Prime Realty (UAE)
KAAYA Prime Realty is looking for a strategic, performance-driven sales leader to drive growth across off-plan & secondary markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & scale multi-tier sales teams
- Build strong relationships with top UAE developers & partners
- Drive revenue, pipeline governance & 100% RERA compliance
- Oversee high-value HNWI & institutional deals
- Implement scalable sales processes & KPIs
Who We’re Looking For
- 10 plus yrs UAE real estate sales experience
- 4-5 yrs in leadership position
- Proven track record in off-plan & secondary markets
- Strong team management & revenue scaling experience
- Deep knowledge of UAE market & RERA regulations
