Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Abu Dhabi.
The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage teams, optimize processes for efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
include developing budgets, analyzing data, refining operational strategies, and fostering excellent customer service standards.
The individual will collaborate with leadership to identify and execute strategic opportunities for organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management, with a proven track record of effective process optimization and execution
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess operational performance, create reports, and recommend improvements
- Demonstrated success in Team Management, including team leadership, training, and fostering collaboration
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost efficiency and resource allocation
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle challenges and collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role, ideally in the luxury or hospitality sector, is highly desirable
