Overview
We currently have an opportunity for Director of Rooms to join our Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea opening team!
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Housekeeping.
Responsibilities
will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training, and development, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, and adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence, monitoring and assessing revenue opportunities for the hotel, planning, and preparing the Front Office revenue and expenses, and assuring the financial goals of the department are met. You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.
