**Preference:** Candidates based in India (willing to relocate or work remotely with travel as required)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Photography (DOP) to lead our visual production quality.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cinematography, camera operation, lighting, and also possess solid video editing skills to ensure end-to-end production excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual direction of video shoots (corporate, commercial, podcast, and studio productions)
- Plan and execute lighting setups, camera framing, and shot composition
- Operate professional cinema cameras and related equipment
- Handle post-production editing, color correction, and basic motion editing when required
- Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand and client requirements
- Manage shoot planning, shot lists, and on-set technical execution
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Director of Photography or Cinematographer (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cameras (Sony, Canon, RED, Blackmagic, etc.)
- Expertise in lighting techniques for studio and outdoor shoots
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Understanding of color grading and visual storytelling
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
- Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with brands, studios, or production houses
- Ability to handle both shooting and editing independently
- Candidates from India with international project exposure will be an advantage
