Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the hotel s revenue goals and brand positioning.
- Lead and manage all marketing initiatives including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the hotel s brand image and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Manage the hotel s digital presence including website, social media platforms, and online marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events to increase brand awareness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors.
- Oversee content creation including marketing materials, press releases, and promotional assets.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Support hotel openings, events, and promotional activities through marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company marketing standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with operational goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and hospitality marketing strategies.
