We are currently recruiting a
Director of Labour Market & Services Development
for a leading federal government entity in Dubai.
This strategic leadership role focuses on driving labour market service enhancement initiatives, digital transformation programs, operational excellence, and customer-centric service development.
Location
: Dubai, UAE (Onsite \| Full-Time)
Service Development & Enhancement
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of labour market services and operational processes
- Oversee service re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery standards
- Support the implementation of innovative and customer-focused service solutions
Digital Transformation & Operations
- Lead digital transformation initiatives related to labour market services and operational systems
- Contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency, automation, and service optimization initiatives
- Monitor and improve service quality, operational performance, and customer experience standards
Strategy & Performance Management
- Support the development and execution of strategic and operational initiatives related to service development
- Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment with government service excellence standards and operational objectives
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on service development initiatives
- Collaborate with relevant entities to support operational improvements and customer experience objectives
- Build strong working relationships to support service innovation and transformation efforts
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration,
- or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience in government service development and operational improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and customer experience enhancement
- Experience managing change management and service optimization initiatives
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong understanding of performance management and operational excellence
