Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Director of Hospitality
to oversee the management and operations of a portfolio of ultra-luxury properties in Abu Dhabi.
This role requires a highly detail-oriented leader with a strong background in delivering bespoke, high-touch service within prestigious and high-profile environments.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality or estate-style operations, with a deep understanding of service excellence, discretion, and operational precision.
An engineering or technical background is advantageous but not essential.
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end operations across a portfolio of ultra-luxury properties
- Lead, develop, and manage multidisciplinary teams including hospitality, housekeeping, facilities, security, and F&B
- Establish and maintain SOPs aligned with world-class luxury standards
Guest & Stakeholder Experience
- Deliver highly personalized, anticipatory service for residents and distinguished guests
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and ownership representatives
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and cultural awareness
Property & Facilities Management
- Oversee property upkeep, engineering coordination, and asset management
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed to the highest standards
- Work closely with technical teams and specialized contractors
Quality & Standards
- Benchmark operations against leading global luxury hospitality standards
- Conduct regular audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control initiatives
- Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional service levels
Experience
- 10–15+ years in luxury hospitality or high-end property operations
- Proven experience managing prestigious, high-profile environments
- Experience in the UAE or GCC strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and service orientation
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to operate in discreet, high-expectation environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Engineering or technical background is a plus (especially in facilities or property operations), but not mandatory
