Job Overview
Kompact Play Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven **Director of Global Operations** to lead and optimize international operations.
This executive role is ideal for a seasoned leader with expertise in operational strategy, global logistics, and cross-border business management.
The Director of Global Operations will be responsible for overseeing worldwide operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global operational strategies and frameworks.
- Oversee international operations, logistics, and supply chain activities.
- Drive efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization across regions.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
- Manage operational risks, compliance, and governance standards.
- Lead and develop global operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and operational enhancement.
- Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in global operations leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of international business, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
