***Job Description :-***The Managing Director – Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the F&B division.
This role oversees all aspects of business performance, including profitability, brand positioning, customer experience, and expansion initiatives.
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, outlets, and concepts
- Lead expansion plans such as franchising, partnerships, and acquisitions
2. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets
- Ensure consistency in quality, service standards, and brand identity
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and cost control
3. Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and cost optimization
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and operational teams
- Establish a strong organizational culture focused on performance and service excellence
- Oversee recruitment, training, and retention strategies
5. Customer Experience & Brand Management
- Ensure exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints
- Maintain and enhance brand reputation and positioning
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations
- Manage risk and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards
7. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Represent the company in industry events and business forums
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–15+ years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in managing multi-unit operations and driving business growth
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
