- Director of E-commerce
- الهدف من الوظيفة:
- قيادة وتطوير استراتيجية التجارة الإلكترونية للشركة بهدف زيادة المبيعات عبر القنوات الرقمية، وتحسين تجربة العملاء، وتعزيز الحضور الرقمي بما يتماشى مع أهداف النمو في السوق القطري والإقليمي.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية التجارة الإلكترونية متعددة القنوات (الموقع الإلكتروني، التطبيقات، المتاجر الإلكترونية).
- إدارة وتشغيل منصات البيع الإلكتروني وضمان أدائها بكفاءة عالية.
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم (UX/UI) وزيادة معدلات التحويل (Conversion Rate).
- الإشراف على الحملات التسويقية الرقمية (SEO، SEM، الإعلانات المدفوعة، البريد الإلكتروني، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي).
- تحليل البيانات واستخدام أدوات التحليل لاتخاذ قرارات قائمة على البيانات.
- إدارة علاقات الشركاء (بوابات الدفع، شركات الشحن، الموردين).
- تطوير استراتيجيات التسعير والعروض الترويجية عبر الإنترنت.
- ضمان تكامل الأنظمة بين التجارة الإلكترونية والأنظمة الداخلية (ERP، CRM).
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في التجارة الإلكترونية والتكنولوجيا الرقمية.
- قيادة فريق التجارة الإلكترونية وتطوير مهاراته.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين المحلية في قطر (حماية المستهلك، الدفع الإلكتروني، الخصوصية).
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل MBA أو تخصص في التجارة الإلكترونية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8–12 سنة في التجارة الإلكترونية أو التسويق الرقمي، منها 3–5 سنوات في منصب قيادي.
- خبرة في إدارة منصات التجارة الإلكترونية مثل Shopify، Magento، أو Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- فهم قوي لتحليلات البيانات (Google Analytics أو أدوات مشابهة).
- خبرة في السوق الخليجي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- قيادة الفرق الرقمية
- التفكير الاستراتيجي والتحليلي
- إدارة الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف
- مهارات تقنية وفهم عميق للمنصات الرقمية
- الابتكار والتكيف مع التغيرات
- مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs):
- نمو المبيعات عبر القنوات الإلكترونية
- معدل التحويل (Conversion Rate)
- متوسط قيمة الطلب (AOV)
- تكلفة اكتساب العميل (CAC)
- معدل الاحتفاظ بالعملاء
- ظروف العمل:
- دوام كامل
- بيئة عمل سريعة التطور
- قد يتطلب التنسيق مع فرق إقليمية أو دولية
- نوع الوظيفة: دائم
