We are currently recruiting a
Director of Digital Business Systems
for a leading federal government entity in Dubai.
This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing digital systems, technology operations, systems integration, cybersecurity, and business intelligence initiatives to support operational efficiency and digital transformation across the organization.
Digital Systems & Solutions
- Lead the management, development, and continuous improvement of digital systems and technology solutions
- Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and technical implementation initiatives
- Support the optimization of digital platforms and operational technologies
• Systems Integration & Technical Operations
- Oversee systems integration initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and seamless connectivity across platforms
- Monitor and improve technical operations, system performance, and service delivery
- Support the implementation of best practices related to IT operations and infrastructure management
Cybersecurity & Business Continuity
- Ensure cybersecurity measures, controls, and compliance standards are effectively implemented
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives to maintain operational resilience
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks related to systems and infrastructure
Data Analytics & Performance
- Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to enhance reporting and decision-making
- Monitor system performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support technology-driven operational and strategic objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital systems, technology operations, or IT management
- Strong leadership and analytical thinking capabilities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, controls, and operational best practices
- Experience managing systems integration and digital platforms, supporting business intelligence and data-driven initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital systems management and operational performance improvement
