We’re partnering with a leading, large-scale consumer experience brand in the region to hire a Director of Customer Growth & Engagement —a senior leadership role focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and value across a diverse portfolio.

This is a high-impact position for a commercially minded, data-driven marketing leader who thrives on building best-in-class customer strategies and delivering measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Growth & Lifecycle Strategy

• Own and deliver end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies—from acquisition through to retention and advocacy
• Design and optimize loyalty, membership, and engagement frameworks to drive lifetime value
• Lead segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data insights
• Develop compelling value propositions, experiences, and partnerships to increase engagement and spend

Performance & Commercial Impact

• Drive measurable growth across key KPIs: acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue
• Translate data and insights into actionable strategies and continuous optimization
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking across all customer initiatives

Digital & Experience Optimization

• Enhance digital customer journeys across web, app, and CRM ecosystems
• Improve conversion rates, engagement, and customer satisfaction through seamless experiences

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on growth and engagement
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to align on strategy and execution
• Act as the central lead for all customer growth and loyalty initiatives

Program & Project Leadership

• Deliver large-scale, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget
• Drive innovation through market trends, competitive insights, and new technologies

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, loyalty, or customer growth roles
• Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement at scale
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-led, performance-driven mindset
• Experience working with complex, multi-channel customer ecosystems
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate insights into impactful business strategies
