The Role
We are looking for a
high-performing, connected, and strategic Partnerships Leader
to spearhead our commercial expansion in the GCC.
Your mission is to secure high end endorsement deals, ambassadorships, and strategic partnerships for our top-tier Spanish and European celebrities with the region’s biggest brands and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- **Rainmaking:**
- Leverage your existing network to secure major endorsement deals with luxury brands, real estate giants (EMAAR, NEOM), telecommunications, and government tourism boards (Visit Saudi, Dubai Tourism).
- **Strategic Matchmaking:**
- Identify the perfect synergy between our talent’s DNA and the GCC’s market needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing:**
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for image rights, ambassadorships, and appearances, ensuring the highest standards of professional service for our talent.
- **KSA Expansion:**
- Directly target and cultivate relationships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PIF projects, Vision 2030 initiatives).
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Act as the primary liaison between our European HQ and GCC-based clients.
What We Are Looking For
- **7+ Years of Experience**
- in talent management, luxury brand partnerships, or high-level media sales in Dubai/GCC.
