The Admin Director leads and oversees all group-wide administration functions, ensuring effective workforce support and infrastructure for over 50,000 employees.
This role requires
extensive experience within the construction sector
to successfully manage large-scale facilities, regulatory compliance, and support services that ensure operational readiness and efficient project mobilization.
Reporting Line
: Reports directly to the Group CEO
Operations & Infrastructu
re: Oversee shared services including facilities management, transportation, insurance, and the acquisition/leasing of camps, yards, land, and officies
Workforce Support & Welfa
re: Manage labor accommodations, camp operations, employee welfare programs, and retention initiatives
Immigration & Government Relatio
ns: Lead PRO functions, visa processing, labor documentation, and regulatory compliance with government authorities
Strategy & Governan
ce: Develop administrative policies, governance frameworks, and KPIs to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Data & Planni
ng: Monitor attendance, labor turnover, and occupancy; advise senior leadership on infrastructure and capacity planning
Team Leadersh
ip: Direct a large, multi-location administration team aligned with group strategic objectives

- Maintain high standards for labor accommodation and employee well-being
