Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded

IT Strategy & Performance Manager

to drive performance excellence, governance, and execution discipline across the IT function.

This role acts as a key partner to IT leadership, enabling data-driven decision making, strengthening delivery transparency, and ensuring alignment between IT strategy, operational execution, and business priorities.

You will play a central role in shaping how IT performance is measured, tracked, and communicated across Run, Change, and Transform agendas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously enhance IT-wide performance frameworks, translating IT strategy into measurable KPIs and execution metrics
  • Develop and own executive-level dashboards, management reports, and performance packs used in leadership reviews and steering committees
  • Partner with IT leadership to cascade strategic priorities into structured performance tracking and reporting mechanisms
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis across IT portfolios, identifying risks, inefficiencies, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities
  • Convert complex operational, delivery, and financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Lead performance reviews across key IT domains including service delivery, transformation programs, operational resilience, and cost efficiency
  • Establish and maintain governance standards for KPI definitions, reporting cadence, data quality, and performance transparency
  • Provide quality assurance and challenge to performance narratives and reporting submitted to senior leadership forums
  • Coordinate across IT teams to ensure alignment of priorities, initiatives, and delivery timelines
  • Prepare high-quality executive presentations and materials for leadership and board-level discussions
  • Coach junior team members where applicable, promoting analytical rigor and strong stakeholder communication

Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of professional experience
  • **Background in top-tier consulting or similar environments such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, or Accenture**
  • Strong experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology operating models
  • Proven expertise in performance management, IT KPIs, dashboards, or portfolio tracking
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with analytics or IT performance tools is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability with an executive-level mindset
