We are partnering with a global data and analytics organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading business that provides critical data, intelligence, and technology solutions to some of the world's most recognised organisations.
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts, helping organisations leverage data-driven insights to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth across the MEA region.
- Identify, engage, and secure new logo customers while expanding existing client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand customer challenges and position high-value, ROI-driven solutions.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking through Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within the Middle East.
- Proven success in business development, account management, or enterprise sales.
- Experience selling complex data, analytics, technology, SaaS, or information services solutions.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies with demonstrable success.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Native Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
